📦 Shipping & Production  

Each item is custom-crafted to ensure the highest quality. Please review our timeline so you know exactly when to expect your order.

🧵 Production & Embroidery

Because we embroider our designs in-house, there is a short lead time before your order leaves our facility:

• Processing & Embroidery: 1–2 business days.

• During this time, we are digitizing your design and running our embroidery machines to get your gear looking perfect.

🚚 Shipping Estimates

Once your item is embroidered and quality-checked, it is handed off to the carrier.

• Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days.

• Total Estimated Time: You can expect your order to arrive within 4–7 business days from the date the order was placed.

📍 Tracking Your Order

As soon as your embroidery is complete and the shipping label is scanned, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking link to update.
